Conscia, a provider of cybersecurity and managed services, completed the acquisition of Intuitive Systems and Networks, a secure network consultancy and managed services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic acquisition will bolster Conscia’s presence in the UK, especially in the commercial sector, increase its capabilities and coverage in the managed services space, and strengthen cybersecurity offerings for both organizations.
