Mare, an engineering company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, completed the acquisition of a 70.6% stake in La Sia, an engineering and architecture firm providing specialized technical services and comprehensive design solutions, from CSE, a provider of energy management services to medium to large businesses in Italy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
