Comrod, a manufacturer of tactical radio frequency communication products designed for the defense and civil industries, agreed to acquire the remaining minority stake in Triad RF Systems, a manufacturer of RF, microwave amplifiers, and integrated radio systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
