Macquarie completed the acquisition of Linen Services Australia from Adamantem Capital and Downer.

Macquarie, a global financial services group, completed the acquisition of Linen Services Australia, a commercial laundry operator, from Adamantem Capital, a private equity firm, and Downer, a provider of integrated services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This divestment further strengthens our balance sheet and provides optionality on a range of capital allocation initiatives," Peter Tompkins, Downer Managing Director and CEO.
