Namdhari Seeds, a vegetable and flower seeds breeding company, completed the acquisition of US Agriseeds, a breeding company focused on vegetable seed crops for open field cultivation, from Axia, a breeding company specialized in creating vegetable seeds for protected crops. Financial terms were not disclosed.
