Triton Capital-backed Flokk completed the acquisition of Via Seating.

Triton Capital-backed Flokk, a furniture company specializing in high-quality furniture products designed for both private and public spaces, including office chairs, meeting chairs, and stackable tables, completed the acquisition of Via Seating, a provider of seating solutions offered through national contracts and purchasing cooperatives.
