CyberArk, a software security company, completed the acquisition of Zilla Security, an identity governance and administration solutions company, for $165m. “As enterprises navigate the proliferation of privilege in complex identity landscapes, modern IGA capabilities become critical for protecting digital assets and maintaining business agility.
