Franklin Electric to acquire Barnes de Colombia.

Franklin Electric, engaged in the production and marketing of systems and components for the movement of water and energy, agreed to acquire Barnes de Colombia, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial and commercial pumps. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome Barnes de Colombia to the Franklin Electric family.
