TriMas completed the acquisition of GMT Aerospace from GMT.

TriMas, a diversified manufacturer of engineered products that serve a variety of industrial, commercial and consumer end markets worldwide, completed the acquisition of GMT Aerospace from GMT, a mechanical engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to announce the acquisition of GMT Aerospace.
