Smart Parking completed the acquisition of Peak Parking for $36m.

Smart Parking, a global car parking technology business providing effective parking management solutions around the world, completed the acquisition of Peak Parking, a parking management services provider, for $36m. "We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Texas-based Peak Parking, a strategic acquisition that broadens our global operations into the US, the largest parking operations market in the world," Paul Gillespie, Smart Parking CEO.
