British Patient Capital, a commercial subsidiary of the government-owned British Business Bank, led a $32m Series C round in Cambridge GaN Devices, a fabless semiconductor company, with participation from Parkwalk, BGF, Cambridge Innovation Capital (CIC), Foresight Group, and IQ Capital.
