Adelis-backed Cedra to acquire Sweden’s audit and advisory business of PwC.

Adelis-backed Cedra, an audit and advisory group founded by five accounting firms in Sweden, agreed to acquire Sweden’s audit and advisory business of PwC, a British multinational professional services brand of firms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
