AE Industrial completed the acquisition of United Building Solutions.

AE Industrial, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of United Building Solutions, a provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Commercial customers are increasingly seeking service partners who can deliver holistic solutions, including maintenance, controls, and retrofits for this mission-critical infrastructure.
