Slatinska Banka, a universal commercial bank, completed the acquisition of Wustenrot Bausparkasse, a key part of the W&W Group, specializing in home financing and related financial services for private customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this transaction, both credit institutions are building a better business future together, combining experience, knowledge, innovation and people to provide our mutual clients with even better service and create conditions for greater resilience and security for both institutions," Slatinska Banka statement.
