George Prokopiou, a private investor active in the shipping and infrastructure sectors, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Astir Palace Vouliagmeni, a luxury resort operator in Greece, from AGC Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on real estate and institutional investments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
