Synopsis

J.F. Lehman & Company, a private equity investment firm focused on the aerospace, defense, maritime and environmental sectors, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Atomic Transport, a provider of outsourced long‐haul waste transport and transfer station management, from Comvest Partners, a middle-market private investment firm providing equity and debt capital to companies across North America.
