Valvoline completed the acquisition of Breeze Autocare from Greenbriar Equity Group for $625m.

Valvoline, an American retail automotive services company, completed the acquisition of Breeze Autocare, an American independent provider of automotive quick lube and other preventive maintenance services, from Greenbriar Equity Group, a private equity firm investing in transport, automotive, distribution, industrial equipment, and components, logistics, surface transport sectors, for $625m. “We are pleased to announce the completion of the Breeze Autocare acquisition.
