Ireti completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in Iren Acqua from F2i SGR for €282.5m.

Ireti, a multi-utility company, completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in Iren Acqua, an integrated water service company, from F2i SGR, an infrastructure fund, for €282.5m. "The Iren Acqua transaction is strongly consistent with Iren's industrial vision, intending to grow in the networks, and confirms the Group's effectiveness in seizing inorganic growth opportunities," Luca Dal Fabbro, Iren Chairman.
