Tikehau Capital-backed Loar Holdings to acquire LMB Fans & Motors in a €365m deal.

Tikehau Capital-backed Loar Holdings, a diversified manufacturer of aerospace and defense components, agreed to acquire LMB Fans & Motors, a French company specializing in high-performance fans and motors, in a €365m deal. "We are delighted at the opportunity to have LMB join the Loar family of companies.
