New Mountain Capital-backed Consor, an American engineering and consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Park Engineering, a program and construction management firm serving California public agencies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Park’s expertise and established relationships align perfectly with our vision for strategic growth.
