Primus Capital to invest in Reach.

Primus Capital, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has agreed to invest in Reach, a Merchant of Record solution provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The investment from Primus will help us strengthen our position as a world leader in ecommerce while continuing to find innovative ways for our clients to navigate the complex financial and regulatory borders standing between them and their customers," Sam Ranieri, Reach CEO.
