Sapiens, an Israel-based provider of software solutions for the insurance sector, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Serfiex, a Madrid-based company specializing in financial asset and liability valuation, risk management, and compliance solutions for insurance companies, investment managers, stock exchanges, and banks. Financial terms were not disclosed.
