Andros to acquire 80% stake in Cool Vega from Perichán.

Andros, a France-based company specializing in fruit-based confectionery and beverages, agreed to acquire an 80% stake in Cool Vega, a Spain-based gazpacho producer, from Perichán, a company that focuses on agricultural products, including fruits and vegetables. Financial terms were not disclosed.
