Foresco Packaging to acquire De with Pallets and Vierhouten.

Foresco Packaging, a pallet manufacturer and packaging company, agreed to acquire De with Pallets, a manufacturer of various types of wooden pallets, and Vierhouten, a distributor of new and used wooden and plastic pallets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
