JP Morgan Asset Management to invest in OSM Thome.

JP Morgan Asset Management, an asset manager for individuals, advisors and institutions, agreed to invest in OSM Thome, a provider of technical and digital asset management services to the offshore and maritime industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
