CapVest Partners-backed Kerridge Commercial Systems completed the acquisition of RAM Tracking from H2 Equity Partners.

CapVest Partners-backed Kerridge Commercial Systems, a cloud ERP and business management software provider, completed the acquisition of RAM Tracking, a provider of cloud-based mobile work management solutions, from H2 Equity Partners, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome RAM Tracking to KCS.
