Prosus to acquire Just Eat Takeaway.com for $4.3bn.

Prosus, a Dutch technology company that invests and operates across sectors and markets with long-term growth potential, agreed to acquire Just Eat Takeaway.com, a glob­al online deliv­ery mar­ket­place offering consumers a wide variety of choices from restaurants to retail, for $4.3bn.
