Nextalia Capitale Rilancio completed the acquisition of BluVet and three independent veterinary clinics.

Nextalia Capitale Rilancio, an Italian closed-end alternative investment fund, completed the acquisition of BluVet, a veterinary clinics and veterinary hospitals network, and three independent veterinary clinics, creating the Ca' Zampa Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This deal is particularly distinctive since it immediately creates a leading operator in the veterinary clinic market, a sector with high potential and strong growth. We will now continue to support the Ca’ Zampa Group to further strengthen its leadership, providing financial, managerial and operational resources to support its expansion,” Francesco Canzonieri, Nextalia CEO.
