CVC Capital Partners-backed TMF Group completed the acquisition of EWM Global.

CVC Capital Partners-backed TMF Group, a provider of compliance, administrative and financial services, completed the acquisition of EWM Global, a provider of executive compensation administration services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In bringing the two firms together, we see enormous benefit for our respective clients.
