Teradyne to acquire an automated test equipment business from Infineon.

Teradyne, a supplier of automated test solutions, agreed to acquire an automated test equipment business from Infineon, a semiconductor company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to enter into this strategic partnership with Infineon.
