Bcons Group and Mercuria Holdings to form a joint venture.

Bcons Group, a Vietnamese real estate conglomerate, and Mercuria Holdings, a company that provides investment advisory and management services, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bcons Group, as the project developer, has established a strategic partnership with Mercuria Holdings – a prestigious investment group from Japan. Through its subsidiary Mercuria SPV (MSPV), Mercuria Holdings will invest in the project by purchasing shares of member companies of Bcons Group responsible for implementing the project," Bcons Group statement.
