Mutares to acquire NBHX Trim Europe from Ningbo Lawrence Automotive Interiors.

Mutares, a private equity investor, agreed to acquire NBHX Trim Europe, a supplier of decorative surfaces for premium automotive interiors, from Ningbo Lawrence Automotive Interiors, a manufacturer of decorative trim components catering to automotive industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of NBHX Trim Europe, we are strengthening our Automotive & Mobility segment in the area of interiors. We see significant synergies with Matikon and expect to be able to exploit significant synergy potential to increase operational performance through the use of our Mutares Operations team.
