Sculptor to invest €245m in Therme Group.

Sculptor, an American alternative asset management firm, agreed to invest €245m in Therme Group, a wellbeing infrastructure developer and operator. "Sculptor's significant capital allocation to our platform is a testament to our strong track record as an operator and developer of Therme wellbeing infrastructure in continental Europe and the compelling investment opportunity of Therme Manchester.
