Rcapital completed the acquisition of Gap Personnel from Open Up Group.

Rcapital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Gap Personnel, a temporary recruitment agency, from Open Up Group, a Japan-based company engaged in human resource services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
