Aquiline Capital Partners to acquire the family office services business of SEI for $120m.

Aquiline Capital Partners, a private investment firm specializing in financial services and technology, agreed to acquire the family office services business of SEI, a provider of financial technology, operations, and asset management services, for $120m.
