Abertis to acquire a 51.2% stake in the A63 Road in France from Crédit Agricole Assurances and AXA Investment Managers.

Abertis, a company specialized in the infrastructure industry in France, agreed to acquire a 51.2% stake in the A63 Road in France, from Crédit Agricole Assurances, a bank holding company, and AXA Investment Managers, a global investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to expand our footprint in a key market like France, allowing us consolidate our position as a benchmark operator, not only in the country, but also in Europe, where we have years of experience managing infrastructures," José Aljaro, Abertis CEO.
