Aptean to acquire Germanedge from Alpina Partners.

Aptean, a software company, agreed to acquire Germanedge, IT services and IT consulting firm, from Alpina Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Aptean is very excited to announce the acquisition of Germanedge, a pioneer in next generation manufacturing capabilities.
