Hellman & Friedman-backed TeamSystem completed the acquisition of Golden Soft.

Hellman & Friedman-backed TeamSystem, an Italy-based software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Golden Soft, a Madrid-based developer of accounting, payroll, and commercial management software. Financial terms were not disclosed.
