Trelleborg completed the acquisition of NuFlow.

Trelleborg, a company focused on engineered polymer solutions that protect critical applications in demanding environments, completed the acquisition of NuFlow, a trenchless pipe lining and repair services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership is a huge boost to NuFlow and to our worldwide network of Certified Contractors.
