Northwell Health to merge with Nuvance Health.

Northwell Health a nonprofit integrated healthcare network, agreed to merge with Nuvance Health, a not-for-profit health system. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership opens a new and exciting chapter for Northwell and Nuvance Health and provides an incredible opportunity to enhance both health systems and take patient care and services to an even higher level. On April 10, 2025, Northwell, Nuvance merger reaches final regulatory approval.
