The Reway Group completed the merger with Soteco and TLS.

The Reway Group, an Italian company focused on the rehabilitation and maintenance of motorway and railway infrastructure, completed the merger with Soteco, a company specializing in tunnel lining, structural rehabilitation and the installation of sound barriers for road infrastructure, and TLS, an Italian infrastructure rehabilitation company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
