Tyremax completed the acquisition of Tyresales from CAR Group.

Tyremax, an independently owned and operated tyre wholesaler, completed the acquisition of Tyresales, an Australian-owned and operated online store for tyres and wheels, from CAR Group, a digital marketplace company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
