Pritzker Private Capital completed the acquisition of Buckman.

Pritzker Private Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Buckman, a family-owned innovator in specialty solutions for water treatment and industrial processes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our partnership with PPC is a powerful validation of the Buckman family’s legacy and the incredible business our team has built over its 80-year history.
