FAYAT Group completed the acquisition of Mecalac.

FAYAT Group, a French and international construction and industrial company, completed the acquisition of Mecalac, an international manufacturer of wheel excavators, crawler excavators, and wheel loaders. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a fantastic opportunity for FAYAT Group and its customers. Mecalac is a highly recognised brand and an innovative player in the urban construction equipment market. Mecalac will play a strategic role in our Group and we are committed to ensuring the development of its product range.
