Knights Group Holdings to acquire IBB Law for £30m.

Knights Group Holdings, a provider of legal and professional services, agreed to acquire IBB Law, a law firm located in South East England, for £30m. "IBB’s offerings in corporate, real estate and private wealth are an excellent fit, and their culture and operational model are aligned to Knights. We are confident that the acquisition will provide a strong platform for growth in the region," David Beech, Knights CEO.
