Cordovan Capital completed the acquisition of MM Bangor from MM Group.

Cordovan Capital, a micro-cap Private Equity investor based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, completed the acquisition of MM Bangor from MM Group, a global leader in consumer packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed.
