Hillcore-backed Whitewater Management, a water management and environmental solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Orion Water Solutions, an advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The synergies between our companies are clear and our cultures are a great fit.
