SolarWinds to acquire Squadcast.

SolarWinds, a provider of simple, powerful, secure observability and IT management software, agreed to acquire Squadcast, a San Francisco-based software company specializing in incident management and reliability automation for engineering and IT operations teams. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Squadcast is excited to join forces with SolarWinds to help customers make their worlds more reliable.
