One Rock Capital Partners-backed Constantia Flexibles, a global packaging manufacturer, completed the acquisition of 57% stake in Aluflexpack, a Switzerland-based packaging company specializing in flexible packaging solutions, from Montana Tech Components, an industrial group specializing in advanced technologies, and Xoris, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
