Cantata Health Solutions completed the acquisition of IMA Systems.

Cantata Health Solutions, a provider of healthcare technology solutions for behavioral health and human services providers, completed the acquisition of IMA Systems, a New York-based software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "New York's continued investment in a broad continuum of care for behavioral health services represents an exciting opportunity for Cantata and IMA to join forces.
